Is the video made with AI?
Yes. We use video-generation tools to bring your photos to life. What is not automatic is the direction: the choice of scenes, the order, the pace and the final approval are done by a cinematographer and a director with over 15 years in film and TV. The tool runs the camera. We make the film.
Can I send photos that are not in my listing?
Yes, and that is ideal. Send the ones you love most, in good resolution. Photos taken by a professional photographer make the best videos.
What if I don't like a scene?
Every plan includes two rounds of revisions to music, order and scenes. Photo swaps beyond that cost US$ 80 per image.
Can I use the video anywhere?
Yes. The video is yours, for your listing, social media, website and paid ads, with no time limit.
Do I need to own the rights to the photos?
Yes. By sending the photos you confirm you are allowed to use them to promote the property, as you already do in your listing.
How do I pay and get an invoice?
Credit card, in US dollars. The invoice is issued automatically after payment, to your company or to you personally.
